Al Cohen's Discount Liquor is located near the cruise ship pier directly across from Havensight Mall.  The mall is visible as you exit Havensight.  The rum display is located in the rear of the store and is visible from the entrance.  Al Cohen's Discount Liquors displays an extensive stock of duty free rum.  The inventory includes a good mix of rums from the local area and from neighboring Islands, as well.
