Liquor Junction is one of the major venues for rum in Accra.  The store is conveniently located near downtown.  Liquor Junction is not a source for duty free alcohol.  The rum displays are easy to locate.  Displays are well stocked.  The staff is very friendly.  There appears to be an excellent stock of rum available for purchase.  In addition to local rum, the inventory includes rum from the Caribbean.
