A quick visit.  The Lyon Distilling Company is located past the Bay Bridge on the way to Ocean City, MD; south of Route 50.  When you arrive at Lyon Distilling you are greeted by one of the managers or by owner Jaime Windon and offered samplings of their products.  The staff is well versed in the Lyon Distilling's history, heritage, and product processing.  They are also well informed and knowledgeable when it comes to rum in general.  Rum is processed at the site and guided tours are available to all.  There appears to be more than an adequate supply of rum available for purchase along with the other Lyon Distilling offerings.  Again, all Lyon Distilling products are available for sampling.  Thanks for a great tour Jaime!
